Okay, so the trick to this boss is to stay close to him so he won’t spawn flies. If you move to either of his sides, he’ll shoot this massive stream of blood. So you just move to one side, have him shoot blood in one direction, move to the other, shoot him there. He’ll then shoot there as soon as he’s done, so you switch sides. Repeat until dead. Easy.
